Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of our hair care products, all sales are final once a product has been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
